In Loving Memory of Lesa Mandt
Founder
Lesa Jean Wareham Mandt
Apr 26, 1968 - Feb 29, 2016
Lesa Jean Wareham Mandt, lost her battle with chronic heart failure on Monday, February 29th, 2016. Lesa was born in Newberg, OR on April 26, 1968. After graduating from Newberg High School in 1986, she attended New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM on a rodeo scholarship. She met Lars in 1992 and married him December 21, 1993. The couple and their infant daughter, Alicia moved to Montague in the fall of 1997. Son, Phillip joined the family in 2000.
Lesa bred, raised and trained paint horses. She is most widely known for her stallion, Cajun Eclipse. In 2011, Lesa attended cosmetology school, and started her own nail business. She was a hard worker, devoted to her customers. Lesa truly found her niche as a manicurist, it allowed her to do something nice for people, and they in turn let her express herself in the artwork that she put on their nails.
Lesa was a happy, caring soul, and touched many lives with her kindness and generosity. In her free time she enjoyed cooking and watching her children compete in athletics.
She will be forever missed…

Horses Offered For Sale
Kody
$1,500
Looking for his next family!
Kody is a 19 year old APHA gelding, I got him for my dad a few years back, but dad says he’s done riding. So he’s been hanging out here with the mares, but he’s still got rides left he should be giving!
Easy keeper, does all the things he should; tie, lead, load, etc. He’s lazy so if you’re looking for a starter barrel horse, he’s not it 😆 He’s been in the mountains with us several times, and the kids ride him around the ranch. He can be stubborn about trying to eat everything on a ride, so I wouldn’t say he’s for a complete beginner, but he also listens to my son way better than he does me!
Strawberry Wine
$1,300
4 year old red roan DG mustang mare looking for her person! Strawberry Wine needs more one-on-one time than I currently have for her! Has done some ground work and been saddled a couple times. No rides yet. (She’s had a foal and he’s been started by the owner and doing well!)
This mare was owned by Jessica Stone, who passed away in a tragic car accident a few months back. We have kept her healthy and safe, but she deserves to do more than we have time for!
Im Intoxicating “Mina”
$6,000
AQHA registered Bay filly born 5/7/24. Will be weaned and ready for her new home by November 1st. She will lead, tie, bathe, pick her feet up and load. She’ll be thick and a great rope/ranch horse prospect!
Im Makina Big Splash X Legally Intoxicating
Meet our future Stallion prospect!
“Dyno” our little surprise colt took 8 years to get here! He’s the last son of our late Cajun Spin To Win! We’re super excited to see him grow up, and hope to stand him at Stud later in his life!
We’re excited to partner with M2M Quarter Horses this breeding season!
Slash J Blue Gun “Judge” is a handsome 2016 blue roan stallion whose pedigree includes Dash For Cash, Leo Hancock Hayes, Driftwood & Mr Gun Smoke!
We are blessed to have him visiting our farm for the breeding season, and are so excited for next year’s foals!
If you’re interested in booking him for your mares, please send us a message!
Two Time Fancy “York” owned by Tara & Nick Smith
York is a 2011 APHA stallion, a son of All Time Fancy out of Two Natural; a champion Natural Iron bred mare including Dash For Cash in her bloodline!
We are leasing him this year in hopes of teaching him to breed, so we can add some height to some of our shorter mares! We’re very hopeful to have some of his first babies arrive next foaling season!
In loving memory of our Stallion… 2004-2024
Cajun Spin To Win 2004 Bay Tobiano Stallion
Last stallion son of Cajun Eclipse
Spinner had everything you could ask for in a stallion! He was athletic, smart, and had a very trainable and willing disposition! He had the typical Cajun charm and playful personality known to pass down from Cajun Indio! He was gorgeous to look at too!
He had been successfully shown in Halter, western pleasure, speed events, and costume contests!
He produced beautiful, correct foals with wonderful dispositions and color!
